WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT?

WHAT MAKES BRANDON FINANCIAL PLANNING DIFFERENT?

Our Certified Financial PlannerTM (CFP®) and Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) credentials, concierge-style service and fee-based pricing structure separate us from the rest of the financial advisor industry. You pay one yearly fee and you receive unlimited financial guidance, by phone or in person, by an experienced team that understands your finances from top to bottom. You know exactly how much you’re paying for financial guidance no matter how complicated your life gets.

CONCIERGE-STYLE SERVICE EVERY TIME

Among our clients, our personal service is legendary. Many of the people we serve today are third and fourth generation clients, descendants of our “founding” clients who joined us when we first opened our doors in 1952. While they may not always see eye to eye with their parents or grandparents about fashion, lifestyle or values, they have grown up understanding the importance of having Brandon Financial Planning by their side.

For many clients, we’re the first call when there’s a family crisis. Although we’re tough when it comes to crunching numbers and tax codes, we have a gentle touch when it comes to sensitive, private matters such as a death, divorce, addiction or illness. We understand these things because we’re a family, too.

With the critical role we play in our clients’ lives, we take communication and responsiveness very seriously. If you’re dealing with a sensitive financial matter, the last thing you want to do is leave a message. That’s just one of the reasons we assign a financial planner and a financial analyst to every client. So, there are always at least two people with a detailed understanding of your finances.

To an outsider this could appear redundant, but to our clients, it’s the cornerstone of our outstanding service. Even if one person is on vacation or unavailable, the other person, supported by the entire staff, is there to personally discuss your needs and take action immediately.
